2. Free AI Readiness Assessment

We offer a free AI Readiness Assessment to help businesses understand their AI opportunities. By completing the assessment, you should know:

• No cost: The assessment is completely free of charge. We do not collect any payment information during the process.
• No obligation: Completing the assessment does not commit you to purchasing any services, signing any contract, or entering into any agreement with servs.digital.
• No automatic enrollment: You will not be automatically subscribed to any paid service, mailing list, or recurring communication as a result of completing the assessment.
• Your report: We will use the information you provide solely to generate a personalized AI readiness report, which will be delivered to the email address you provide.

After receiving your report, any further engagement is entirely at your discretion.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements

We understand that working with an AI consultant means sharing sensitive business information. At servs.digital, confidentiality is foundational to how we operate:

• Default confidentiality: We treat all client information, business data, internal processes, and strategic plans as confidential by default, even in the absence of a formal agreement.
• NDA availability: We offer mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for all paid client engagements. NDAs can be signed before any sensitive information is shared, including during initial discovery and scoping conversations.
• Team obligations: All servs.digital team members and contractors are bound by internal confidentiality obligations and only access client information necessary for their role.
• Post-engagement protection: Confidentiality obligations survive the end of any engagement. Your information remains protected after our work together concludes.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Property

You retain full ownership of your business data, proprietary information, and any materials you provide to us during an engagement. Upon completion of a paid engagement, all custom deliverables created specifically for you (including strategies, documentation, configurations, and custom-built tools) become your property, as outlined in your engagement agreement.

Our Property

servs.digital retains ownership of our general methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools that we have developed independently and that are not specific to your business. We may use generalized learnings (never your specific data) to improve our services for future clients.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of servs.digital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

5. Client Engagements & Payment

All paid engagements are governed by a separate engagement agreement or statement of work that will specify:

• Scope of services and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment schedule
• Revision and feedback processes
• Confidentiality and NDA terms

No paid work begins until both parties have agreed to the engagement terms in writing. Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and accepted methods, are defined in each individual engagement agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our consulting services, including AI strategy recommendations, implementation guidance, and readiness assessments, are advisory in nature. While we apply our expertise and best practices to every engagement:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings
• AI-generated outputs and recommendations should be reviewed by qualified personnel before implementation in critical business processes
• We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations without appropriate due diligence
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
